Mr. Mayoor C. Shah and Mr.Naushir K. Mistry incorporated the company in 1987 as a Private Limited entity with 50%-50% share-holding. As full time directors on the board, they are involved hands-on in day to day operations and management. Having vast and varied experience in the Electronic Communication business the company has flourished creating a niche market for clients from varied industries.

Mr.Mayoor Shah

His career took off from Doordarshan in 1980, where he worked as an independent director handling programs like ‘What’s the good word’, hosted by Sabira Merchant and ‘Avo Mari Sathe’ hosted by the Gujrati stage veteran Late Adi Murzban.

Pioneering the use of the video medium in business applications in 1982 he has the flair and aptitude to handle the most varied scripts for both corporate communication and television commercials.

Mr.Naushir Mistry 

Trained in Cinematography under his father Keki Mistry, an ace cinematographer of Indian movies, Naushir worked for Doordarshan for over 7 years as a Cameraman in studio and in OB vans. Branching off from Doordarshan in 1982 he has handled varied assignments for Corporate/Industrial Video both in cinematography and editing. Pioneering the editing on VHS he went on to handle the latest non-linear editing systems. Today the ambit has increased even further to include direction.
